Pink Champagne Cupcakes

Best friend days always involve crafting of some sort, this time around we decided to make champagne cupcakes, with none other than our favorite champagne, Martini and Rossi.
We had found several half recipes on pinterest, and several recipes that involved starting with flour and making the cupcakes from scratch. Being that we were in a time crunch, we didn't have enough time to take on that big of a task.
Luckily, I was able to find a Betty Crocker Recipe which complied with our busy schedules. :)





champagne, cake mix, eggs, food coloring, powdered sugar, vanilla extract

stir stir stir! (cupcake batter)

frosting: powder sugar, vanilla extract, champagne

easiest way to apply frosting: put it in a ziplock bag, cut a hole on the corner, and squeeze!
